Missing Links in Academics

This two-day course focuses on the use of multisensory techniques to teach the five areas of reading as designated by the National Reading Panel.  Syllable types, syllable division rules, and the use of morphology to increase comprehension are additional topics.

DuBard Association Method® Practicum

June 3-27, 2013

The practicum will be individually scheduled for a minimum of three hours per day. Practicum applicants must contact Missy Schraeder, professional development coordinator, at 601.266.5223

Academic credit - $250 plus tuition

The DuBard Association Method® Seminar
June 17-21, 2013

This course continues what was learned in the basic course and moves into advanced oral and written language structures.  Lesson planning, IEP development, textbook modification, and an introduction to syllable types and syllable division are additional topics.  This course is also designed for general and special educators, speech-language pathologists, reading specialists, and academic language therapists.
